"Wendy and I had been willing to host an Expat Diner for a while, so when we finally got an free evening we went with one of our favorite: our good old Curry!"

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Pour into individual glasses, and refrigerate.
Serve with a sprig of fresh mint.
Mix flour, sugar and spice in a bowl.
With your fingertips, rub in diced butter into the flour.
When the mixture resembles breadcrumbs, knead it into soft dough. Knead on a floured surface until smooth.
Wrap the dough in a paper and chill for 30 minutes.
Roll on a floured surface till 1/8" thick. Cut and arrange on a baking tray.
Chill for 10 minutes.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degree C for 10 minutes or until golden.
Sprinkle with caster sugar to decorate.

9 fluid ounces (255 milliliters) plain yoghurt
4 1/2 fluid ounces (130 milliliters) milk
7 ounces (200 grams) (from 3 fresh) mango, stoned and sliced
4 teaspoons sugar to taste
300g flour
125g caster sugar
200g chilled butter
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
caster sugar to decorate
